We are system integrator company with headquarter in Singapore, specializing in delivering enterprise solution software throughout our clients across the South East Asia region. We are currently seeking talent for the following urgent positions for our representative office in Indonesia:
1. Technical Consultant - Server Application (Code: TC-Server)
Job Description:
- Gather requirement for the application and write up into functional specs for Server Management system
- Take part in full lifecycle implementation (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, training, documentation)
- Reporting project status and milestone delivery on timely basis to higher level management
Requirement:
- A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Experience Windows and Unix System (Solaris/AIX/ HP-UX/Linux)
- Experience on Database using Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
- Experience with basic scripting such as Shell Script or VBscript will be an added advantage
- Candidate with experience on System Management tools like HP Openview / IBM Tivoli will be seriously considered.
2. Technical Consultant - CRM Application (Code: TC-CRM)
Job Description:
- Gather requirement for the application and write up into functional specs for Helpdesk System
- Customize and code Helpdesk application based on functional specs
- Take part in full lifecycle implementation (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, training, documentation)
Requirement:
- A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Experience of application development in Java Script, Java or Perl
- Experience on Database using Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
- Experience with Windows IIS or Apache & Tomcat
- Knowing Helpdesk System like HP Service Center or HP Service Manager or BMC Remedy is an advantage.
GENERAL REQUIREMENT for all positions:
- Age under 30 will be preferred.
- Must be willing to do heavy travelling to the client site, either in Indonesia and overseas.
- Good command in English, both active and passive, is a must.
- Possesing professional certification, such as MCSE or CCNA, will be an added advantage.
- Experience of Project Management will be an added advantage.
