EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, QUALITY, HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER
Responsibility:
- Report to Country HR Manager
- To manage all industrial, government and community relations in order to prevent & avoid the negative impact of business interruption as impact of labor and community issues
- To ensure all business practices in line with good corporate governance principle
- To establish a guarantee service to internal and external customers through a defined standard operating procedure as a part of team work for winning business opportunities
- To manage the policy & procedures implementation, training, audit & reporting and all preventive action of H&S activities in the company
- To ensure employees in the company work safety and protect the company image
- To manage the implementation and maintain the company quality standard and certificates
- To complement and manage the company risk management program in line with company requirements
- Responsible for managing OHSAS 18000 and ISO 9000 documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Law or Health & Safety
- 5 years of experience in the employee/industrial relation roles and health & safety division
- Strong knowledge of Manpower regulation and Human Resources function as well as Health & Safety
- 3 years experience in safety management supervision, risk assessment, safety management implementation, safety program facilitator, safety program coaching and safety audit & reporting
- Strong knowledge of OHSAS 18000 & ISO 9000
- Proven leadership, team work, self discipline and good communication skills
- Willing to travel (Site Warehouse)
- Fluent in English and familiar with MS Office
