URGENTLY REQUIRED

We are Steel Construction and Fabrication Company for Oil and Gas: Offshore on Onshore (Platform, Jacket, Decks, Pipe Line) located in Yard Sumuranja Merak Banten urgently needs a Professional to fulfill vacant position as follow:

Legal Manager / Officer
 Requirements:
a.       Max 38 years old
b.      Bachelor Degree in Law from a reputable university.
c.       Minimum 3 years experience in the same position.
d.      Understand fabrication and construction business for oil and gas.
e.    Understand and familiar in various Business contracts especially Business Project contracts (Drafting, Evaluation, Negotiation and Execution).
f.     Oversee Service Level Agreement Compliance
g.    Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
h.      Familiar and understand ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18000
i.        Excellent written and spoken English.
j.       Placement Jakarta
