We are an established mining, plantation & trading company, we supply to industrial needs in domestic & international market. In line with our expansion for our operation, we are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and experienced professionals to fill in the following position :


Finance Supervisor



Requirement:


  • Female

  • Preferred can speak mandarin, but not a must

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Accountancy.

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience at supervisory level in Finance

Responsibilities:


  • Assist GM/FAM for overseeing the daily operation of Finance and Treasury Department

  • Assist GM/FAM to prepare overall management of financial, management and cost accounting functions which includes preparation and review timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports

  • Assist GM/FAM to Analysis of revenue and expenditure trends and recommendation of appropriate budget levels and expenditure control

  • Supervise financial functions including cash flow management, budgeting, and reporting are based on accurate records and performed in a timely manner


  • Assist GM/FAM to monitor the financial performance of the company against budget and implement action plans to contain cost.

  • Assist GM/FAM to manage cash flows of the company to ensure efficient use of funds, adequacy of working capital, review and implementation of effective financial controls

  • Computer literacy is a must , and can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and ERP System especially in finance and accounting software (preferably Microsoft Dynamic GP)
