Senior HR Manager Factory Tangerang (SHRM Factory – PZC)
Job Purpose:
Provide the leadership and direction in managing all the aspects of human resources in factory from industrial relations issues and employment issues to support other department achieve the profitable growth and also to exceed customer expectation.
Qualification :
· Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable University.
· Dynamic, Result oriented, Mature.
· Possess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
· Fluent in English
