TANGGUNG JAWAB UTAMA :
Bertanggung jawab membantu VP Human Capital Management dalam mengelola, mengembangkan dan memberdayakan secara optimal seluruh SDM Perusahaan serta memastikan penyelenggaraan operasional SDM dalam perusahaan berjalan dengan baik khususnya yang berhubungan dengan Compensation Benefit, Employee Relation, Personnel Administration, General HR Issue serta HR Information System

KUALIFIKASI & SPESIFIKASI :
Kualifikasi :
Memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang compensation benefit
Memahami dan dapat mengimplementasikan konsep administrasi kepersonaliaan secara efektif
Mampu mengimplementasikan HRIS
Mampu menyusun anggaran biaya SDM
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan seluruh tingkatan manajemen dan karyawan dalam suatu organisasi
Memahami konsep dan implementasi bidang Industrial Relation
Memiliki fleksibilitas dan mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat
Memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi, leadership yang kuat dan kemampuan team work
Memiliki kemampuan dalam memperhatikan hal detail

Spesifikasi :

Minimal S1 Hukum, Psikologi, Bisnis Administrasi atau Sumber Daya Manusia
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 5 – 7 tahun, sebagai HR Generalist.
Memiliki sertifikasi Human Resources Professional (CHRP) merupakan nilai lebih
Mampu berbahasa Inggris dengan baik
