  • Male min. 30 years old
  • Min. S1 Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • Min. 5 years experience as technician supervisor
  • Having knowledge & understand wiring diagram, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC system

  • Organize technicians' staffing to carry out technical maintenance of packaging lines & machines in accordance with procedures
  • Implement management fundamentals (day-to-day team management, meeting arrangement, regular presentation of objectives & results to teams, top-down & bottom-up communication)
  • Assurance professional development team of technicians through training (obviously for new employees)
  • Assurance that the products launches are effective by assessing needs for equipment / lines, in conformity with the launch schedule (in particular participate in packaging development meetings)
  • Manage investments in production equipment and its maintenance according to requirements & respecting Group manufacturing policy.
  • Ensure the correct of equipment Goods in procedures at sub-contractors & inside plant

Quality Manager (CODE: 286)

Requirements:

  • Male max. 40 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, or Industrial engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position, or min of 8 years experience in the same field but lower position.
  • Strong command in English both verbal & written
  • Computer literate
  • Interpersonal skill
  • Leadership skill
  • Having good communication skill (presentation & training delivery)

  • Ensure the compliance to ISO 9001, Company Group & local regulations.

  • Respect for the compliance of certification on time.

  • Act as Management Representative in the area of Quality.

  • Promote and ensure application of the manufacture quality system within the plant and among suppliers and subcontractors by providing training, carrying out audits, meetings and providing documentations.

  • Ensure the standard procedure for the whole process in the plant developed by logistics, purchasing, technical production development, production, ETNSHE, human resources, complies with quality assurance requirements (ISO standard).

  • Evaluate the performance of the factory, suppliers, subcontractors, through the use of quality indicators.

  • Identify relevant strengths and weaknesses at the plant and make necessary changes (procedural, technical, organizational).

  • Supervise and coordinate action plans launched by the various plant departments to improve quality.

  • Provide expert input on quality issues for both internal and external contacts.

  • Take part in the decision making process with the plant's management committee.

  • Ensure the safety and environment regulation are well apply on the daily control activities in Lab (cleanliness, tidiness and safety on the working area at before and after the activities).

  • Ensure to use proper and appropriate PPE to do the control activity and to ensure the analyst and inspector understand the procedure how to operate related equipment for testing (completed with training).

  • Respect all the safety procedure for hazardous material handling and environment.

  • Ensure all personal in Lab understand the emergency and response procedure.
