PURCHASING MANAGER
Based in Bekasi, Indonesia

Preferred Education & Work Experience:
Degree in Business Management/Finance/Engineering 10+ years purchasing experience with at least 4 years at management level Preferably with Automotive Purchasing experience / or Electronics
Willing to travel

Purchasing Technical Skills:
Build a strategic purchasing plan that adds value to the organization and reaches targets Create, understand scope structure and dynamics of strategic relationships/alliances High level of negotiation skills

Purchasing Financial Skills:
Understand cost drivers and identify opportunity areas to leverage agreements. Create pricing model for leveraging volume Able to interpret financial statements, P&Ls.

People Management:
Coaching & Measure buyer performance in terms of value-adding activity Identify and fill skill gaps
Delegate and create accountability to those you directly manage and to those who do not report to you

Commercial and Customer:
Understand commercial and customer strategies in order to provide data to support commercialization of our final product

Leadership:
Market purchasing strategy to get the support needed for implementation Leading upwards
Manage change
Sell your plans throughout the organization
Create upper management support for your vision
