Job Summary

· Plan, develop, establish, and manage the Human Resources strategy and implementation as well as perform as a strategic partner for all functions in the Company.

Job Description

· Develop HR strategic business plan and budget

· Develop HR policies and procedures

· Develop organizational development plan and program to anticipate future organizational challenges and expansion

· Conduct management and employee coaching and counseling

· Handling industrial and employee relationship programs and issues

Qualification

· Preferably graduated from S-1 of Law or Psychology

· Minimum of 3 years experience as a Human Resources Manager in a National or Multi-National Company

· Competent in industrial & employee relationship as well as organization development

· Excellent command of English both verbal and written
