We are a multi-national company who are involved in the drilling and production sectors of oil, gas and geothermal projects worldwide, are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individual to fill the position of:

ASSET & INVENTORY MANAGER – Jakarta

Asset & Inventory Manager will manage the entire supply chain processes starting from procurement, inventory. He/She shall ensure all the supply chain processes are performed correctly and efficiently.

Duties/Responsibili ties:

• Work with the Requestor (Service Delivery Coordinator or Business Unit Manager) to ensure that

a) The Material Request is raised by the requestor with complete justification.

b) Suitable JDE part is obtained, if not available then get JDE part "S", "RN", "RP" or "NS" created and getting Asset Serial Number from Assets Coordinator and should use the correct accounting code while raising any JDE OR/CR.

• Supervise Procurement Office rs to ensure that he/she

a) Get the quote and forwarded to requestor to raised JDE OR/CR

b) Convert the OR/CR into OP/OF once it is approved and send OP/OF to the supplier.

c) Ensure that required information is available, such as PO/requests from other locations, Approved AFE, Asset Numbers and Correct Accounting Codes prior to convert OR/CR into OP/OF.

d) Give the shipping/delivery instructions by keeping Inventory and Logistic in the loop and follow up with supplier, until unless it is not delivered.

• Supervise Inventory & Assets Coordinator to ensure that he/she:

a) Follow up with the procurement for the receipt of items and then receive in the system by providing BIN location for tracking purpose and tagging out all the items with PO reference and JDE part number.

b) Keep all the Project Inventory Separate in order to deliver accordingly

c) Carry out Inventory Issue at the time of issuing or consuming or transferring any item and following up with receipts from other locations in case of transfer

d) Keep records update, forward the delivery notes along with JDE receipt to Procurement.

e) Carry out Annual and Cycle physical count and to ensure that physical records are matched with JDE records.

f) Set Min/Max and re-order level with the co-ordination of Workshop/Operation Supervisor.

g) Check the physical availability and advise accordingly, if not available, to be forwarded to the procurement.

Requirements:

Essential:

• University qualification in Business Management will be advantage

• 4 years experiences in managing fixed assets & inventory

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• The ability to understand to company policies and procedures

• Oilfield experience and have the knowledge of Inventory Management System

• Ability to communicate with people at all levels

• Ability to work to tight deadlines

• Ability to work unsupervised

• Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment

Preferred:

• Technical and commerce background would always be an advantage in this process.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office , SAP or JDE system

• 3 years Logistic/Procuremen t supply

• Willingness to learn new skills

LOGISTIC OFFICER - Balikpapan

Performs day-to-day logistic activities required for the transportation of products through available modes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:

a. Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.

b. Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.

c. Actively promote positive safety culture.

• Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9002 (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:

a. Compliance to work instructions.

b. Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.

c. Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit.

• Perform logistic duties, including:

a. Review Work Order for complete and accurate information prior to creation of sales order, or delivery ticket. Assist BU where information is unclear or incomplete. Enter sales order / delivery ticket into JDE based on completed Work Order from Business Unit.

b. Prepare draft delivery ticket or pick slip where necessary and send to Business Unit and Logistic coordinator for check and review purposes.

c. Assist on intra company transfer internal Weatherford

d. Issue JDE delivery ticket to internal and external customer ensure signed tickets are returned to WFT in a timely manner for internal processing and pass these to the BU concerned.

e. When system is down or other exceptional circumstances arise seek approval from Operations Manager to create manual delivery ticket if necessary, then ensure timely entry into JDE within 24hours.

f. Arrange transportation for shipments to customer upon delivery request from respective Business Unit. Ensure timely transportation and monitor performance of such service providers.

g. Run on a daily basis JDE reports to monitor and identify tickets entered and not yet shipped. Take action to ensure accuracy of JDE system in relation to status of shipments.

h. When equipment is returned from a job complete the Delivery Ticket Return process on JDE. Work with BU to track all items returned and identify items missing or not returned.

i. Ensure paperwork is passed in a timely manner to the BU and run the open delivery ticket reports to highlight to BU ongoing jobs with items still in the field, pass these reports to each BU on a weekly basis, work to resolve discrepancies with each BU.

j. Prioritize delivery ticket creation and arrangement of transportation needs appropriately.

k. Compile shipping invoice original invoice from Shipping agent on a daily basis and send it to invoicing for invoicing purpose

• Other duties as directed.

Requirements:

Essential:

• Good customer and employee interpersonal skills.

• Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia & English communication skills

• Basic knowledge of relevant computer software.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in logistic for oil and gas industry.

• Diploma degree in Logistic or relevant.

• Ability to communicate with people at all levels

• Ability to work to tight deadlines

• Ability to work unsupervised

• Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment  

Preferred:

• Minimum of 1 years experience in logistic and transportation for oil and gas industry.

• Bachelor degree in Logistic or relevant.

• Willingness to learn new skills
