JCI Executive Search International's client, a holding company that has license in multimedia business and value added service and the new development of application service, is currently seeking for the following position:

IT Specialist

based in Jakarta Indonesia

PURPOSE OF JOB

Reporting to VP Synergy Management, this role will be responsible for driving growth in the group's subsidiaries - establishing Information technology.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

Lead setup of control structure and definition of integrated information technology for all subsidiaries in

the Group.

Facilitate realization of synergies interfacing with parent company and respective Subsidiary executives in IT

field

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACTIVITIES

- Interface with members / representatives on the Board of subsidiaries, Subsidiary board of directors

and VP Synergy Management to setup control structure and definition of reporting procedures for

information technology

- Constant interaction with counterparts in other divisions and parent company's business divisions to facilitate synergies

- Timely and accurate preparation of all management reports and analysis and support in developing

integrated information system

- Support development of Macro Strategy Plan and the group's long term and short term plans in IT

- Assist divisions and subsidiaries to develop / implement plan

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

­-Bachelor Degree in IT/ Computer science from reputable university

- 5-7 years of experience in network and data base system (Oracle & SQL)

- Strong knowledge in hard ware, software and network configuration (Cisco router)

- Strong IT Managed and experience ideally with Telecommunication knowledge

- Extensive knowledge in multiple Operating system (Unix, Linux, Windows etc)

- Driving personality – focus on performance management and reporting
