JCI Executive Search International' s client, a holding company that has license in multimedia business and value added service and the new development of application service, is currently seeking for the following position:
Human Resources & General Affairs Manager
based in Jakarta Indonesia
PURPOSE OF JOB
Reporting to the VP HR & GA, the candidate will be expected to assume a leadership role within the business and the human resources/general administration function supporting the development and execution of business strategies. The person must have practical experience in implementing successful and results driven human resources and general administration strategies, policies and processes. The additional ability to handle, review, lead and motivate the team as a whole is critical to the success of this position.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
= Human Resources:
- Ensure the right people for the positions are recruited
-Ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of the compensation and benefit package
- Ensure that employees communications are in-place
- Ensure the Career path and develop employee to achieve target.
= General Affairs
- Manage office logistics and assets (incl. purchasing, facility administration, office assets administration)
-Ensure efficient running of office administrative services (incl. office facilities, security and cleaning service provider)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management
- A Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) would be an asset
- 5-7 years HR in the business experience, which ideally includes:
- HR Generalist experience working within a startup companies
- Strong people and communications skills; possess the ability to report and communicate at all levels within the organization
- Have knowledge in Training Need Analysis, Balance Scorecard and Six Sigma would be an advantage
- Essential would be a background in recruitment and compensation, with a proven track record in managing recruitment and reward; including socializing changes in company and reward policies to be accepted by the whole organization
- Possess a working understanding of general administration concepts
- A high level of initiative is essential, along with the ability to manage a team of managers and coordinate internally during an HR development/ implementation initiative (essentially project management skills)
- Strong attention to detail
