As part of our client's ongoing International Business Development Program, the Company is seeking candidates for the position of:

REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER

The incumbent will be responsible for the P/L, business performance, trade marketing program as well as finance accounting performance in the region. Report directly to Sales & Marketing Director. The position will be based in Surabaya.

• Min 35 years of age
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from respected / reputable University
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Pulp and Paper industries experience is preferred.
• Familiar working in FMCGs company
• Good leadership, result orientation, good networking and foresight skill
• Excellent negotiation, analytical skill & effective leader / coach
• Preferably experience in the assign markets
• Good proficiency in spoken and written English
