EXECUTIVE SECRETARY (ES)

Female with 25-32 years of age
Reports to Board of Directors
Graduated from DIII in Secretarial or Business Administration
Have worked 2 years or more in the same position
Good administration skills, meticulous, well organized with a service-oriented attitude.
Have a strong commitment, energetic, independent, and mature
Computer literate in Ms. Office (Word, Data Processing & Internet)
Fluent in English both oral and written is a must (Japanese language skill will be an advantage)
