Qualification:

· Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree with 8 years works experience, 3 years in Oil & Gas Industry.

Responsibility:

Conducts an annual salary and benefits survey to ensure remuneration packages are competitive in the market place.
Maintains a documented salary and wage plan that must be reviewed and updated biannually.

Prior to the Budget Planning Process

· Maintains an up-to-date Employee Benefit Plan.

· Assists Department Heads with annual leave planning.

· Ensures that all employees take annual leave within the year it is due and all entitlements are zero at year-end.

· Maintains efficient staffing levels and payroll system.

· Prepares the Annual Human Resources Budget and efficiently manages expenses in conjunction with the HR Administration Coordinator.

· Implements a strong employee communication program that maximizes employee awareness of the company's objectives, philosophy, and operating concepts through the following communications tools:

· Conducts and documents exit interviews with each resigning employee.

· Ensures a strong professional relationship with all employees within the company.

· Represent the management on a day-to-day basis in negotiations, grievances, and other transactions with the union.

· Keeps abreast of all changes in government stipulated employee legislation and advises management accordingly.

· Prepares, coordinates, and administers all collective labor agreement renewals and participate as a key member in the management negotiation team.

· Coordinates the administration of employee performance appraisals and follow-up in conjunction with the Department Heads.

· Discusses, develops, and maintains, career development plans for individuals with management potential in conjunction with Department Heads.

12. Process Engineer:

BS – Engineering, 2 years of experience in a Refining Process Engineering, Operations or Laboratory.

13. Planning and Performance Control Supervisor:

BS – Engineering, Logistics or equivalent, 8 years of experience in petroleum refinery, including production planning, scheduling, and performance control oil accounting.

14. Marine Coordinator

Bachelor's Degree in a related field, 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years as a Marine Surveyor.

15. Mid-Term Planner

Bachelor's Degree in in Engineering or equivalent, 5 years of experience in Process Engineering or Production Planning in a Refinery setting

16. ISBL Operation Engineer

BS – Engineering, 5 years of experience in Refining and Offsite Operations and preferably in Shipping Activities, with 3 years in a Management Role.

17. NDT (Level III) Technician:

BS – Engineering, certified as NDT Level III at least in four methods in accordance with ASNT. 5 years experience in inspection providing oversight of the RT, PT,MT, UT and VT inspection processes. Be capable of determining accept/reject decision on NDT inspection and ensure adequate technique development for NDT methods and inspection quotes

18. Quality System Coordinator

BS – Engineering, 6 years of related experience, of which 3 years in developing and implementing quality management systems and an oil and gas context.

19. Turnaround Inspector

Mencari tahu peraturan perusahaan
Yang paling penting dilakukan pertama kali adalah mencari tahu
peraturan perusahaan. Kapan waktu perusahaan menaikkan gaji karyawan?
Parameter apa yang digunakan untuk menaikkan gaji karyawan?

Membandingkan gaji
Setelah mengenal peraturan perusahaan, yang harus Anda lakukan adalah
melakukan perbandingan gaji dengan orang lain yang memiliki tanggung
jawab serta jabatan yang sama dengan Anda dari perusahaan lain. Dengan
ini, Anda dapat menemukan rentang gaji yang tepat untuk kemudian

Daftar keberhasilan

FINANCE MANAGER

CHANGES FOR JUSTICE (C4J) PROJECT

Chemonics International Inc., a leading international consulting firm, seeks to fill the following long-term, full-time positions for a project funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Indonesia Changes for Justice (C4J). The primary objective of the C4J project is to improve the performance of Indonesia's justice system, a prerequisite for good governance and sustained economic growth, through cooperation with the Supreme Court and Attorney General's Office (AGO) of the Republic of Indonesia.

Requirements

The Financial Manager is responsible for managing the financial accounting operations of the C4J Project's field office transactions in compliance with USAID regulations and the contract signed by USAID and Chemonics. The position is based in Jakarta.

The Finance Manager will at all times adhere to and act according to the Chemonics Professional Code of Ethics ("Living Our Values") and will make the principles of the Code a part of the project's culture and standard operating procedures.

The Finance Manager will ensure that professional and transparent relationships are maintained with all C4J staff, project partners, donors, counterparts, vendors, and others with whom he interacts, throughout the life of the project.

Specific requirements

Work closely with Chief of Party, Deputy Chief of Party, Office Manager, Chemonics home office, finance team, and consultants on financial management issues.

Train and manage the work of project bookkeepers.

Ensure that project practices abide by US government generally accepted accounting procedures, USAID procedures, and Indonesian law.

Work with bookkeepers and other project staff to prepare proper financial documentation, and accurately process expenditures for monthly invoicing to USAID.

Liaise with the local bank, reconcile monthly bank statements, and verify all deposits and withdrawals.

Collect and review timesheets and process payroll, tax withholding, Jamsostek and all applicable benefits on a timely basis each month.

Work with tax accountants in managing and monitoring project accounts.

Work closely with Office Manager, Procurement Manager, and SAF/Grants and Subcontracts Manager to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and procedures, and provide guidance as needed in the processing of VAT exemption for the project.

Work closely with the Training Coordinator and the Training Specialist to ensure compliance and provide guidance as needed for the proper documentation and coding of training costs.

Assist outside auditors as required.

Fulfill other financial management functions as required.

All other tasks as designated by the Chief of Party.

Reporting

The Finance Manager will report directly to the Chief of Party. He or she will prepare regular oral and written progress reports that demonstrate the status of project financial operations, as well as other reports as required.

While the Finance Manager reports to the Chief of Party, he or she is expected to work closely with the Deputy Chief of Party, who will review the monthly financial reports before they are submitted to the Chief of Party.

As teamwork is crucial to the success of the project, the Finance Manager will be expected to coordinate work with other technical, managerial and administrative C4J staff, as per direction from the Chief of Party.

Qualifications and Salary

At least 5 years financial management experience with large-scale international projects preferred.

Extensive familiarity with USG generally accepted accounting procedures required.

Familiarity with ABACUS accounting system used by Chemonics International preferred.

Proven experience working with USAID-funded projects required.

University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or relevant field, Master's preferred.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia required.

Time Frame

This long-term, full-time position is available immediately with an annual approved level of effort of no more than 260 days per year. The employment agreement will be renewed on an annual basis following a positive performance evaluation. The C4J project ends on May 11, 2014.
